Raised in the picturesque Scottish Borders, Mark developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and heritage of whisky. His passion lies in sharing that knowledge and guiding others through the rich traditions and nuanced flavours of Scotland’s finest spirits.
Since relocating to New Zealand in 2006, Mark has made Queenstown his home, where he lives with his wife, Corina, and their two daughters, Isla and Kitty.
